Consumption Hub that centralises your broker vote reporting

Centralised broker vote reporting — syncing corporate access, client interactions, and readership activity into one submission-ready platform.

Consumption Hub gives capital markets teams a single environment to collect, configure, and submit broker vote reports. Built on live Prism data. Formatted to match what each platform requires. Submitted without the manual steps in between.

Sell-side reporting teams have the activity data. The problem is getting it into the right format, for the right platform, without spending a week doing it manually.

  • Data scattered across systemsConsumption data sits across systems and must be pulled together before every submission cycle.
  • Formats differ by platformReport formats differ by platform — what Corp-axe requires is not what Commcise expects.
  • Manual formatting, manual errorsManual formatting means manual errors, and manual errors mean resubmissions.
  • Deadlines don't moveSubmission deadlines don't move, but the reconciliation process always runs long.

What Consumption Hub Does

Four steps. One platform. No manual reconciliation in between.

Step 01

Centralised Data Sync

Activity data from Prism — corporate access meetings, client interactions, and readership — syncs automatically into Consumption Hub. No exports, no copy-paste, no parallel data entry. The source is live and the view updates as activity happens.

Step 02

Flexible Report Configuration

Column mapping, filtering, and scheduling are configurable to match the exact format each broker vote platform requires. A report built for Corp-axe is not the same as one built for Commcise — Consumption Hub handles both, without requiring a separate process for each.

Step 03

Review, Edit, and Export

Before any submission goes out, reports are available for review and editing within the platform. Exports are produced in the format each broker vote system requires — no reformatting at the point of submission.

Step 04

Direct Submission

Finalised reports are submitted directly to broker vote platforms from within Consumption Hub. No intermediary steps. No downloading and re-uploading. The submission happens from the same environment the report was built in.

Connected to where your activity data already lives

Consumption Hub does not require manual data entry or a parallel reporting workflow. It syncs directly from Prism, pulling the activity data that broker vote platforms need into a single, organised view.

Source system: Prism — native data sync, no integration required. Output is platform-agnostic: report formats are configurable, so the platforms above are examples rather than a supported-list.

Structured. Submission-ready. Without the manual process in between.

Consumption Hub centralises broker vote reporting across whichever submission platforms you use — from a single platform, connected to live Prism data, without rebuilding your reporting workflow.
